Description
I spent two weeks rounding up a 250,000-acre pasture on a large ranch in west Texas. It was a true to life old west experience, bedrolls on the ground with the chuckwagon as home base. The cattle were especially wild, seldom seeing a human being at all. Despite my lack of experience, I was expected to carry out my duties while photographing the experience for future paintings. Seemed almost every time I would head down the mesa with a group of cows one would spook and run, scattering the entire group. So, I repeated the entire process as many times as necessary to my best abilities always mindful there’s “One in Every Bunch”.
