Years ago, I spent a great deal of time at the Taos Pueblo. It is an amazing structure, inhabited by over 1000 years by native Americans. The people are rich in culture, with many artisans and artists dedicated to preserving the people and their history. Taos has long been a thriving art community and I have been drawn to the area as have many others throughout the years. The area near the pueblo is scattered with adobe structures from the past. As I traveled along the road late one afternoon, I spotted these men sitting out front as the temperatures were dropping. I thought to myself, I wouldn’t hang around much longer, it’s “Too Cold to sit and Wait”.
