Description
When I was a very young boy my granddad told me the story about a cattle drive he was on north of Lubbock, Texas in the high plains. They were driving cattle as a storm approached and as they topped a hill, they ran upon a buffalo herd. The cattle were already nervous from the storm but when they encountered the buffalo, the stampede was on. Their chuckwagon was destroyed, the cattle were scattered for miles, a couple of buddies injured and all he could think was “If it Weren’t For Bad Luck”…..
